Online registration for the 2009 CAPG Healthcare Conference is now closed. Registration will be available onsite at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina on Thursday, June 25th from 4 pm to 9 pm and on Friday, June 26th from 7 am to 7 pm. Please download a registration form for your category below and bring it onsite with you. Please note that all registration forms received by CAPG after June 11th will be processed onsite.

Hotel Reservations

If you have submitted your hotel reservation along with your registration, you will receive your confirmation number via email between June 12th and June 16th. For changes, cancellations or new reservatioins, please contact the San Diego Marriott at 619-234-1500.
