Going Beyond Education

The CAPG Healthcare Conference is about more than education. It's about building relationships, meeting CAPG members and other colleagues, getting to know the speakers, workshop leaders, Sponsors, Exhibitors and other industry representatives, and enjoying a stimulating weekend.

Exhibit Fair and Strolling Dinner (Friday 6:30 - 10:00 p.m.)
Our Friday night welcoming event combines a Rio Carnivale-themed party with tradeshow exhibits from our many Sponsors and Exhibitors. See old friends, meet new colleagues, sample the fare at multiple food stations, and learn about new products and services, all in a festive environment. Babysitting is available, and children and teens are encouraged to attend the Youth or Teen Extravaganzas planned especially for them.

CAPG Golf Tournament (Thursday 10:00 a.m.)
This 144-player tournament is a popular warm-up for the Conference, open on a first-come-first-served basis to all Conference registrants regardless of skill. Sign up as a foursome, a twosome or an individual, and enjoy a little friendly competition on the resort's beautiful Palms Golf Course. Cart, box lunch and prizes included in the fee, and early registration recommended.

Dinner Dance Extravaganza (Saturday 7:30 - 11:00 p.m.)
Our gala farewell event starts with a cocktail hour at 6:30 p.m. with dinner, dancing and entertainment by Dwight Kennedy Entertainment following at 7:30 p.m. Wear your dancing shoes and join the fun. Dress to impress!

Attendee/Adult Guest Luncheon (Saturday 12:15 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.)
Featuring an inspirational comic-magic-music presentation by Frank Miles on Laugh at Fear: Finding the Courage to Achieve.

Fitness Boot Camp (Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.)
Join friends and colleagues for an early morning fitness event.

Tennis Warm-Up Clinic and Event (Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.)
Come join us for an interchanging-partner, round-robin event open to players of all levels. No partner is required; players will be paired at the event. Warm-up clinic at 7 a.m., play at 8 a.m.
