PRE-CONFERENCE SESSION

Designing Systems for Palliative & End of Life Care: As our population ages and as the ACO concept brings many more seniors into systematic care, the need to offer enlightened and ethical end of life choices will become increasingly important. This intensive pre-conference session will equip senior group leaders (CMO, COO, CEO, QI Directors) with a strategy to develop comprehensive end of life programs at the group level. Open to all; however, CAPG Conference Attendees may sign up online.

Everything Legal Regarding ACOs: ACOs bring with them a myriad of impactful legal questions and issues that a single break-out session cannot cover sufficiently. Hear a faculty of distinguished attorneys address such concerns as anti-trust; fraud and abuse; self-referral; corporate structure; and California corporate practice issues.
