The CAPG Government Affairs Office in Sacramento advances the interests of its physician group members and promotes the coordinated care model of managed healthcare as the optimal healthcare delivery system.  Advocacy, education and awareness are all important factors in our interactions with the California State Government. 

CAPG's advocacy is developed through its public policy committee and the board of directors, which is comprised solely of full voting members who are physician groups.  Official positions taken by CAPG on issues do not necessarily reflect the positions of its individual physician organizatins or, its other corporate, affiliate or associate partners.
